Department of Endovascular Surgical and Interventional Radiology
Operational since 2017, the department of Interventional Radiology has two Cath Labs, a 128 Slice CT Scanner, and X-Ray support for various procedures. Our experienced team of interventional radiologists available at Hameed Latif Hospital, perform these image-guided procedures, interpret the results, and also provide you with the pre and post-procedural care.
Various IRB approved research projects are also underway at the department of Interventional Radiology, Hameed Latif Hospital. We also have an ongoing “The NY Medical College Valhalla’s outreach program” for medical students and fresh graduates. Cross training of all relevant specialties and constant contact and education of hospital staff and medical students about endovascular surgical and Interventional Radiology procedures is also being regularly conducted.
