Interventional radiology uses state of the art Angiography machines for advanced interventional radiology treatment of brain, heart, fibroids of uterus and peripheral disease of extremities. Imaging technology such as CT scans and Ultrasounds are used to help guide biopsy medical procedures. This technology eliminates the need for surgery and helps to diagnose and treat certain conditions. Patients are often awake during the procedure or under very mild sedation.
